Less than 1 quart body filler was used in this custom restoration - total.

The Henrob 2000 welding and cutting torch causes less distortion that MIG - and results in these fine soft weld joints - perfect for custom work!

Cast Iron Heads, Manifolds and Custom Cut Flanges

It broke.

We fixed it. and with the same torch used to weld gold jewlery - and the jewel above.

Then we welded the exhaust ports and made new flanges. - One torch.

All of our cast iron welds are machinable because we only use pure cast iron rods.

The concentrated heat from our torch is so focused that the metal doesnt have time to warp - just like plasma - and the variety of tips available allow fine tuning per application.
