In order to return your torch for repair or replacement -

FIRST

Call Cobra Torches 248-601-1664, explain the defect and get an RMA number

SECOND

Mail the faulty merchandise with a letter explaining the problem and RMA number to:

NOTE that the RMA number must be clearly marked on outside of package.

In my 12 years of reselling this torch, we average less than 0.5%of the torches are ever returned for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with the torch with in the first 90 days, you may return the torch to J&S enterprises for a refund less 10% restocking fee, and cost for any damaged parts, and shipping and handling fees - Jim
