These are some pics of the rust damaged frame of the Yamaha golf cart owned by our webmaster.

Due to a leaking battery and mud not being washed off a large section of the frame was rusted away and the points where the rear swingarm attaches were broken away and or cracked.

The damaged pieces were cut out and replaced with 14 gauge exhaust tubing.

It was double walled in the cross member area where the Engine/transmission and rear suspension swingarm attach,

The round dots in the picture show rosette welds to tie the 2 pieces of tubing together.

All of these are before,except 941 which shows a brace added to the frame that supports the steering box
