2007 Here are the pics of the Left Rear fender. This one was sandblasted,the right one was not. |

967 shows the split LH fender laying on the mostly welded RH fender.
1192 shows the Filler strip clamped into place ready for welding.
1193 &1196 are after welding with the DHC 2000 , notice the minimal HAZ , 100%penetration, Minimal distortion or warpage.
1200 shows the inside, 100% Penetration!
